INTENDED USE

The geneMAP™ BCR-ABL1 P210 IS-MMR Detection Kit is intended for the quantitative detection of BCR-ABL1 p210 b2a2 and b3a2 fusion transcripts in bone marrow or peripheral blood samples of patients who have been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or ChronicMyeloidLeukemia(CML).
The test is intended to evaluate the level of molecular response. This test can be used to monitor Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) in patients undergoing therapy. The test does not differentiate between e13a2/b2a2 or e14a2/b3a2 fusion transcripts and does not monitor other rare fusion transcripts resulting from t(9;22).
