INTENDED USE

The geneMAP™ Resipratory Master Panel kit is qualitative in vitro assay (Multiplex qRT-PCR) for the detection of Influenza A (Inf A), Influenza A-H1pdm09 (H1N1), Influenza B (Inf B), Coronavirus NL63 (NL63), Coronavirus 229E (229E), Coronavirus OC43 (OC43), Coronavirus HKU1 (HKU1), Adenovirus (AdV), Metapneumovirus A & B (MPV), Human Rhinovirus A, B & C (HRV), Human Bocavirus1,2,3,4 (HBoV), Parainluenza Virus 1 (PIV1), Parainfluenza Virus 2 (PIV2), Parainfluenza Virus 3 (PIV3), Parainfluenza Virus 4 (PIV4) Human Enterovirus (HEV), Human Parechovirus (HPeV), Respiratory syncytial virus A & B (RSV A/B) and Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) from Nasopharyngeal/Nasal aspirate, Nasopharyngeal swab, Oropharyngeal swab, Bronchoalveolar lavage, lower respiratory tract aspirates for people with or without clinical symptom associated with viral pneumonia.
